Introduction to eBike Safety and Maintenance is a FREE hands-on class offered through a partnership between Pedego Electric Bikes and Community Cycles.

Class location: Pedego Electric Bikes, 2512 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80304

In this class, experienced (and fun!) eBike mechanics will introduce new and prospective eBike owners to:

eBike systems (how eBikes work)
eBike regulations
Battery safety
Best practices for eBike and battery maintenance
Riding practices specific to eBikes

We encourage students to bring their own eBikes to the class, but do not feel that you must already own an eBike to attend.

This class is not about eBike purchasing. For more information about eBike purchasing and eBike commuting please check out these resources.

Space in this class is limited. If you sign up for a session and cannot make it, PLEASE email workshops@communitycycles.org at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the class to another student.
